I've bought EMS-equipped leggings before, but I couldn't actually wear them when I went to the gym—they're more for home workouts. However, I like that these leggings can be worn just like regular ones, which is great.

I bought the M size because that's what I usually wear for leggings, but I have a bit of a thicker lower body, so I find I need to pull them up during workouts, and the waistband tends to roll or not stay in place. They're really comfortable, but maybe they're a bit too loose for me. Still, I believe in the product's ability to maximize workout effects, so I'm willing to buy again despite the sizing issue.
