※ The 99.9% pure silver applied to HYVLE products may darken in color when exposed to air and moisture over time due to the nature of the silver material, but please note that there is no functional degradation due to discoloration!"


※ Prevention methods for silver tarnishing 

-When not worn for an extended period, store it in a pouch or similar to avoid exposure to moisture and air.

-Store away from direct sunlight and in a dry place. 

-Ensure complete drying after washing before storage 

-Please wash with cold water or lukewarm water below 30 degrees Celsius. Hand washing alone is recommended. 

-Use neutral detergent and avoid using fabric softener, bleach, and strong enzymes. 

-After removing moisture completely, dry them in the shade. Avoid twisting to prevent deformation. 

-Do not machine dry, iron, hot wash, or dry clean. 

-Do not place near hot objects like stoves. 

-If left submerged in water for a long time or left wet after exercise, damage and discoloration may occur due to sweat salt. 


※ The WE-STIM™ electrostimulation technology remains unchanged even after washing, and as long as it is not damaged, it can be used semi-permanently.

※ Reasons Not Covered by Product Defect Policy

-Due to the nature of spandex fabric, there may be a 1-3cm discrepancy in actual measurements depending on the measurement method. 

-Slight finishing touches such as yarn ends or chalk marks that may occur during the production process are not considered product defects. 

-Actual colors may vary depending on the specifications, resolution, and brightness of the monitor. 

-Wrinkles during shipping, creases from storage and packaging, iron marks from steam ironing, or traces of talcum powder are not considered product defects. 

-Clothes that have not been washed may experience color bleeding during the dyeing process, so please do not wear them directly for exercise. 

-Damage due to improper washing is not eligible for exchange, return, or refund. Please make sure to check the washing instructions before purchasing. 

-The product name may vary depending on the production period, which does not constitute a defect reason.


※ "In case of product defects or incorrect deliveries, we will proceed with exchanges or returns for the same product. 

-If there are any issues with the product, please contact us through Contact Us with relevant photos before returning the item, and we will promptly assist you after verification.

Shippings are handled by South Korea Postal Service. (EMS)

Delivery Time

All orders are prepared for shipment from our storage facility within 1-2 business days from the date of order. Please consider this preparation period when placing your order. 

Depending on the destination country, delivery may take approximately 5-10 days. 

Delivery methods, times, and costs may vary by country.

Once your order has left our storage facility, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a trackable link (where applicable).

Important Note on Customs and VAT

For international deliveries outside of South Korea, the customer is responsible for any customs and VAT charges incurred upon entry into the country. Please be aware of your country's customs laws and prepare accordingly.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been dispatched. We advise double-checking your order before submission to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

 Each order automatically generates an order confirmation upon completion and approval. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it might be due to an incorrect email address or the confirmation being directed to your Spam folder. We are here to assist immediately should you encounter any issues.

※ If the ordered item is in the process of being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped, cancellation of the order is not possible.

※ If you wish to cancel an order for an item that has already been shipped, you must request a return, and separate shipping fees will be incurred.

When cancellation is approved, the processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, but generally takes approximately 3 to 4 business days, up to 14 days. There may be delays in refund processing due to internal computer systems, and if this persists for an extended period, please contact us through Contact Us, and we will promptly assist you after verification.

After the order is completed, it is not possible to change the payment method. Please place a new order after canceling or returning the existing one.

Coupon/discount code/point usage is available during the [Payment] step, and benefits cannot be applied to event and special offer products.

(However, exceptions may apply for overlapping benefits).

"Coupons and points will be automatically restored after cancellation/refund processing, but expired coupons will not be restored.

The refund will be processed via the original payment method, and refunds in store credit (points) are not available.
