Please understand that the shipping address is our company office, not a regular store, so it is difficult to arrange for in-person pickup

Refunds are only possible through the original method of payment, and refunds cannot be processed through any other means apart from the one used for payment.

- If the exchange/return period has elapsed (within 7 days from the date of receipt).


-If the product has been used or damaged due to customer negligence (e.g., signs of wear or washing, stains, cosmetics, or perfume). 


-If the product is damaged due to careless washing (we do not take any responsibility or provide compensation for this, so please be careful!).


-If the customer removes labels from the product or damages or loses components, making resale difficult or significantly reducing the value of the product.  

Please notify us via Contact Us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order if you wish to initiate an exchange or refund! (However, please consider that issues such as product defects or incorrect deliveries should be reported within 30 days)

If you wish to exchange or refund due to a change of mind, please ensure that the product is undamaged and unused. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please send the product prepaid when returning.
